You will receive 2 emails upon sending a fax.
- The first one will be sent immediately after the fax is sent, acknowledging your fax request. This will be sent to the email you registered with. If this is a Guest Fax then it will be sent to the email that was selected when filling out the send fax form.
- The second email notification will generally be sent minutes after the first one. Sometimes this may take up to 20 minutes depending on how large your document was and how many times the fax had to be reattempted. This email will indicate whether we have been able to deliver your fax or if there was a failure.
Anytime someone sends you a fax you will receive an email notification about the fax. The email will have a link you can follow to see the content of the fax.
If you would like to disable these notifications, login to your account:
- Visit the account menu
- Disable the notifications you would like to not receive.
